Storm Simulation

A choir named Perpetuum Jazzile uses their hands and feet to simulate a storm. Amazing! What follows is a cheesy yet impressive acapella / beatboxed version of Africa by Toto, but you can skip that if you want. Just watch the first minute or so.

The Fun Theory

Cool video of very smart Swedish project. The vid was posted almost a year ago but it’s new to me. The initiative was started by Volkswagen.

We believe that the easiest way to change people’s behaviour for the better is by making it fun to do. We call it The fun theory.

More Bobby McFerrin

More Bobby McFerrin. This time an improvisation he did with another music genius who best thrives in a live setting: Richard Bona. Sit back, relax and enjoy the power of improvisation by two of the most talented improvisers in music.

Bobby McFerrin Demonstrates the Power of the Pentatonic Scale

This is amazing stuff. Bobby McFerrin demonstrates that everyone understands music. He is at his absolute best when he has an audience to participate. Brilliant. Recorded at the World Science Festival 2009.

Crowded House (Live in 1987)

YouTube Preview Image

Don’t dream it’s over, a beautiful song which brings back a lot of adolescent memories. This is the old line-up, before drummer Paul Hester decided to kill himself in 2005. This video to celebrate the fact that Danielle was able to get tickets to a concert of Crowded House in Carre Theater in October in Amsterdam!
