Lana Del Rey: zangeres, pin-up model, Internet-sensatie, marketingmachine. In ieder geval een fenomeen dat ter discussie staat. Onmiskenbaar is de kwaliteit van haar muziek. De melancholie in haar stem en het arrangement van het zwoele “Video Games” bezorgen wereldwijd kippenvel. Onderstaande live opname is gemaakt bij Jools Holland op de BBC. Als je het dan ook nog zo goed live kan brengen verdien je het succes ook.

A choir named Perpetuum Jazzile uses their hands and feet to simulate a storm. Amazing! What follows is a cheesy yet impressive acapella / beatboxed version of Africa by Toto, but you can skip that if you want. Just watch the first minute or so.

The vid was posted almost a year ago but it’s new to me. The initiative was started by Volkswagen.
